What does “Live Well. Below Your Means.” mean?

When we constantly seek to have the latest fashions, the greatest gizmos and what we consider “the best” of everything, we’re often spending money we haven’t earned yet. This leads to debt, and debt leads to stress.

Consider how much happier you’d be if you knew you had money stashed away for emergencies yet still had money left over for that annual family vacation.

With that in mind, live well, below your means, is really a thought provoker. You can enjoy life to its fullest and still have money to sock away for the future.

For example, if you dine out frequently, think about brown-bagging your lunch instead. Or, cook dinner at home more often. The money you’ll save will add up quickly, and you’ll probably eat healthier.

We’re hoping that as you browse through this site, you’ll come up with some other creative ideas to live well, below your means. We’re also hoping you’ll be willing to share some of those thoughts with us. Visit our discussion board and let us know how you’re doing.
